The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive property of Film and Fire and is also protected by international copyright laws.
Unauthorized use and/or duplication of any content from this website without express and written permission from Film and Fire is strictly prohibited. Excerpts and links may be used, provided that full and clear credit is given to Film and Fire with appropriate and specific direction to the original content.
Any unauthorized use of the materials appearing on FilmandFire.com may violate copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws, and could result in criminal or civil penalties. Film and Fire actively and aggressively enforces its intellectual property rights to the fullest extent of the law.
- All our products are custom-made and hence, all sales are final.
- Ensure that you order the correct product before completing the checkout. We do not offer product exchanges, except in the case of damaged or defective products.

- Please Note: It is rare that a product arrives damaged. We have a lot of experience prepping and packaging our products; so unless Ace Ventura is your delivery guy, there should be no issues.
- If your product arrives damaged, please consider the condition of the packaging. If the box is damaged upon arrival, do not accept the item.
- If the product within is damaged but the box is intact, provide us with photographic documentation and detailed descriptions of the damage.
- After assessing the provided information, if we determine the product was damaged during shipping or is defective, we will replace it free of charge.
- Handmade glass items are unique. While we cannot replicate them exactly, we will strive to provide you with the closest match in the event your product is damaged.
- We currently ship only within the United States, including Hawaii and Alaska. We do not offer international shipping.
- Allow us 2 business days to prepare your order, with an additional 2-3 days for shipping.
- Photography products ship from central USA, while glass products ship from Rhode Island, USA.
- Orders returned as undeliverable will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Ensure your shipping address is correct and be present for delivery to avoid this charge.
When using PayPal, we will ship only to the confirmed PayPal address. If you need to change your shipping address, it is your responsibility to update your PayPal account beforehand.
- We understand that situations may arise where an order needs to be canceled.
- Given the custom nature of our products, some orders cannot be canceled once they are in production.
- If you request an order cancellation and the product has not yet been put into production, we will honor your request. However, most products go into production within 12 hours of receiving the order.
